Salvatore Fosci, from Bomarzo, decided to clean and protect the 2,500-year-old Etruscan pyramid and save it from oblivion and decay. He cleaned the pyramid by hand without using any engine powered tools, respecting the pyramid as a cultural monument but taking great care of its natural environment.
